The bright apartment is located in the basement of a two-family house and is accessed via a staircase. Outside, a small seating area invites you to relax and enjoy warm summer evenings. Its central location in the village center puts you close to the Beuren thermal baths, which are about a 10-minute walk away, and provides direct access to public transport. The apartment accommodates up to 2 guests and features a double bed in the living/sleeping area. Amenities include a kitchenette with sink, dishwasher, oven, quiet refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, extractor fan, and a Senseo coffee machine with various coffee pads. You will also find a hand mixer, toaster, dishes, cutlery, frying pan, pot, cooking spoon, and spatula. Underfloor heating, outdoor seating, and free Wi-Fi are available. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The AlbCard is included per person (except for business travelers and conference guests).
